- For stays of 7 to 29 days: $15 per night or $105 weekly
- For stays of 30+ days: $9.33 per night or $280 monthly

Resort Fees
- $40 + tax per day
- For stays of 7 to 29 days: $22.50 per night
- For stays of 30+ days: $15 per night

Security Deposit
- A hold of $250 per stay (no cash accepted). The deposit will be released immediately upon checkout, though it may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the bank.
