Mister Elson, sorry to hear from you, we do big efforts, to provide private parking, to our guest due to this area, it's very complicated, must of our customer, they love the fact, that they can park, and walk to the room, no matter the floor, we have access for each level, we haven have never a complain on homeless people on our installation, and we have invest in new matters, for rooms, ir order to achieve comfort in our guest. we will check on your room, and take it seriously, in order to make sure everyng its perfect for future references,
