ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

Great Location
We enjoyed our stay very much and it’s a lovely location and property. There were some issues with appliances that didn’t get resolved, such as the dishwasher and the refrigerator water dispenser, but the staff do return your messages. Overall, I would stay there again.

Amazing all around
Beautiful and spacious property, great amenities and excellent communication with the hosts. They had everything we needed + more. Location is superb, walking distance to beach and restaurants. The whole stay was so great that we are in awe and want to return asap. Sextant did a great job. Highly recommend.

Fantastic!
The property exceeded our expectations and deserves more than 5 stars! It is exactly as it appears in the advertisement pictures; in a fantastic location; very clean with modern furnishings and appliances and equipped with all the things you need for everyday living. The automated check in and out process and parking was great and the host was very gracious and accommodating when we had a personal situation surface during our stay. We highly recommend this property and we’ll definitely book there again.

This was a wonderful place to stay at. I would definitely recommend this condo to others. planning my next stay soon. Our trip to Miami was a very memorable and exciting one. The pictures of this place are great but it looks better in person. My family was completely comfortable here. The place was clean and the amenities were wonderful.
Also Sextant is very responsive and professional. Thanks again for making our stay so memorable.
