The property has been modernly remodeled and is very comfortable for long stays. The surroundings seemed a bit unsafe to me and the parking service was a disaster. The rest is great.

This loft was absolutely perfect and so comfortable. It truly felt like I was home. It was equipped with everything I could possibly need in an apartment inclusing a washer/dryer. It was quiet and safe, with plenty of parking. The customers service was unparalleled. Roami's texted me and checked on me from the time I booked to the time I checked out. I will be staying there again every month when i visit Miami. I highly recommend Roami.

There was many silver tail. Need to do something about that. Not nice to have insects.Also ther was no table cloth ore tea towel but instead a kitchen roll. One hand towel for hand washing is not enough and no internet connection for the first days had to call. But The apartment is nice and clean. We had a good 6 days

I really enjoyed the space. Lots of windows to see the downtown skyline. The apartment also came with appliances, utensils, condiments and cleaning supplies which was very convenient. We did not enjoy our neighbor who kept her music very loud! We confronted her about it and she reluctantly turned it down. She implied that she was a resident not a guest so unless we were sleeping she could have her music up. We would definitely come back and rent with them, however I would bring up the rule about tenants and loud music.

The property was beautiful, well stocked, and well kept, and it was location was near a library and a bus stop. I really appreciated having real eating utensils and the washer and dryer. The only complaint I have would be about the furnishings; they were very low to the ground and I'm only 5'6." The bed was also on the floor, and the springs and planks squeaked so lowly when I would roll over, that I would wake myself up (I'm not THAT fat LOL). With that being said, I would gladly book again.

The loft was really nice and spacious on the inside. That was definitely a value add. The surrounding area wasn't as accomodating. The were not many food choices in the immediate area. However, if you have a car/rental and/or utilize Lyft or Uber you should be fine. Lastly, I will say it's disappointing when businesses nickel & dime customers for accomodation request. Offer a great product/service and you will make your money through repeat business & recommendations.

PROS Full kitchen with great amenities (tea, coffee, seasonings, oil, pots, pans etc) In unit washer and dryer Good location Customer service refunded me for a night and allowed me to check out late due to all of the cons listed below CONS When I checked in I found that the unit was never cleaned The floors were filthy and I had hair, dust, and dirt on my feet after only walking around for a few minutes The bathroom mirrors were dirty There was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor There was no shower gel provided just lotion and shampoo No one was able to come clean the room the first night so I had to get supplies and clean myself There was no TV in the bedroom as displayed in the photos in the listing There is no front desk so needs are not able to be met in a timely fashion

Property was clean, well-maintained, but looks brand new with an unfinished, new construction look. I believe we were the first renters in our apartment. There were several problems. First, the air conditioning never did work, in spite of several complaints and visits by on-site staff. Second, the management never appeared in person, as there was no one on-site. This resulted in complaints being handled via fonecons only. Third, management was slow to respond to the complaints about the AC and other things. Fourth, the parking lot for our car issued me several "VIOLATION" notices for overnight parking. This was despite following the detailed instructions provided by management regarding how to register our car for the night. I had to appeal the violations with the garage management, which is a separate entity than the hotel management. In fact, I was told to do so by the hotel management, despite the fact that I had followed their instructions for parking. The violations were resolved, in that I didn't have to pay anything, and my car wasn't towed, but I feel that this is the hotel management's responsibility. In addition, the AC problem turned out to be a defective compressor, and management did refund some of the money paid for the stay.

Good option in Miami!

It was a really good staying. The space is new and well organized. You can find all you need for cooking, laundry and cleaning. The location is not so close to the main touristic points, but if you have/rent a car you should have 0 problems. They have parking space but you need to pay an extra. The only bad experience was related to the bed. Really small for a couple and crooked mattress
