Room was clean; but no washcloths, only two towels. Had to go to service desk to get them, no water in bottles, not many choices for breakfast. only two elevates, long walk to rooms. We were told #69.00 for shuttle to dock, when car arrived cost $94.00!!!!!! Not a shuttle ,I guess someone's friend????? No food choices close.

lot of sticky surfaces in the room. hair all over the bathroom (stuck to the door, on the floor, in the shower). phone in the room broken. fridge was set to the lowest setting and i didnt realize until i pulled my yogurt out and it was soupy. turned it all the way up after that. airplane noise is annoying when trying to unwind at the end of the day. the “gym” had a bike, a treadmill, and a bench with only 1 pair of 50lb dumbbells. the eggs were served cold during breakfast a couple of times. there was a waffle maker for breakfast though which i liked. the staff was cool. the ac in the room worked wonderfully which is important because it was hot af out during my stay. free self park is a plus.

I liked that was inexpensive for the purpose of my visit to Miami, I didn't like that I stayed for 2 days and they didn't clean my room because I didn't tell, them, I never had that happened. When I asked the told me that I should had told them to clean, I think it should have been the other way around, they should have asked me if I wanted it clean cause I see that on other hotels, it's standard to clean the rooms. The other thing was that even thou I was staying there 2 days they activated my door card for 1 day, so I had to go back to the office to get the key activated again, they all look to be there not to provide a service but to earn a living mostly. The only good service I got was from the maintenance guy that went to fix the remote after it stopped working. I addition, I think, starting breakfast at 7:00am instead of earlier is another inconvenience, and that's what the service in that hotel looks like, do whatever is convenient to them and not for the customers, that if you keep that up you might not have much in the future, at least that's how I feel.

Toilet didn’t work half the time and if you stay more than one night you have to register your key card with the front desk more than once or it locks you out. Rooms were very clean and staff was nice.

Its an ok hotel to be honest. However there are parts of it that are completely unprotected and open. There should be more security measures like security guards, facility cameras and parking lot access restrictions.

There was no washcloths in the room when going to the front desk the staff was less than nice considerate they were more less standoffish as if I was bothering them. I would not recommend this lodging in the future, and I would not stay in the future.

The photos that appear have nothing to do with reality. The property is horrible. Very poorly maintained. Everything is old and deteriorated. Old and stained towels. Very worn sheets. I do not recommend it. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

I was booked for 3 nights, didn't like the condition of the room. I wanted to cancel and didn't mind if I was charged for 1 night, But they didn't refund be anything. That is horrible and I won't ever stay at any of their properties because of this. I am a reasonable person, ever thought I went to another hotel, I can understand if I was charged for 1 night. I didn't stay there and shouldn't be charged for all 3 nights.

For a budget hotel this property was excellent. They even served a hot breakfast. Plus it's within walking distance of the Trump National golf course. Don't get me wrong. I neither like Trump nor Biden -- but it was a nice adventure to go there and order the $29 Trump Burger. Best burger ev-ah but at that price why wouldn't it be. In any case, I recommend the Quality Inn.

Seems like staff was trying to be helpful, but I had trouble getting a shuttle at airport, i am handicapped and they wanted me to walk to zone 7 feom zone 1, I went as far as i could walk and ended up calling an uber. Also states they have shuttle ro port dor extra fee, THEY DO NOT! UBER AGAIN. 80.00 EXTRA!!

I would recommend paying a little more and staying at a different hotel. This place is quite isolated and not particularly clean. Shuttle to/from airport takes 20-25 minutes and only runs once per hour each way.

Everything in the room was damp when I got there. Too tired to make a fuss, I slept. I wokeup, and the damp went to full on wet. I literally was peeling pieces of paper off the desk. Oh, and the free breakfast? The woman literally shut off the lights and took away the tray of eggs as I went to go eat. Said 9 am close means 9 am. It was 8:57 lol.

The hotel is close to the airport but was surprisingly quiet. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was really good. It's not a very walkable area but there's plenty of parking and it's an easy Uber ride to a lot of areas. I would stay here again.

This place is terrible and dirty and I don't think they even changed the beds and it's filthy and the lights don't work and the sink doesn't work and I had to change rooms because the lock didn't work on the first room and it's completely unacceptable and a very high price for something that is a a flea bitten dump

The hotel was fine - no frills, as expected. However, the shuttle service to the hotel was terrible. The 7 AM shuttle arrived at 7:10. I got into the van and the driver disappeared into the hotel. After waiting 10 more minutes, I went inside to look for him and he was chatting up the woman working at the front desk. When I suggested we needed to get going, he implied that I was being unreasonable - hey, buddy, I have a plane to catch!!

The room itself was ok and had the expected amenities. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent as well. My only real complaint is the gym. It is a small room with a huge window that faces the elevator so everyone who walks by will be watching you. It only fits 3 machines and a bench which are crammed in there. They provide no water, towels, or ways to clean the machines in between use, so they were all stained and sweaty with other people’s sweat. The dumbbells were all stolen and the manager said he refused to buy new ones so there’s only one set and it’s 50 lbs each. The machines are dated and falling apart and whoever had used the gym last had put the temperature up to 85, so it was unsafely hot for doing cardio, which is literally the only thing you can do at this gym considering the lack of equipment or space.
