Is a shame when my guests are not satisfy , I asume they always read the description before making any reservation. The description clearly says “ the Second room is an open Den” sleeps 2 people, one on the sofa bed and One on the top bunk bed. And yes Tina is right it was not “wine opener “ around , probably one of the previous guest misplaced (I didn’t know it was mandatory to have that tool as part of the inventory) Good thing is that, Am always available (present or phone call away) for any “emergency “ even when am traveling, (like in this case that I was in Colombia) , so when Tina Calls me at 9 pm with this “EMERGENCY “ I managed to send a delivery directly from the store with 8 kitchen towels and a big Roll of paper towels at 10:45 pm it was at the door, Am sorry that the delivery guy couldn’t find any wine opener in the entire Brickel area searching at that time with stores closing, I imagine they were sold out that Weekend that was Ultra festival in Miami” In this case I always encourage people like Tina and her lovely friends, traveling with high expectations is a problem, as much as we (Vrbo Host) want to provide a 5 star service , we are Not a Hotel, if a guest needs that treatment, they should consider paying minimum $800 a night for 2 people in a Five star hotel in This Brickel área and they will be totally Satisfied! Thank you for the review Tina, I will do the necessary changes for the incoming reservations, so No one will have to pass for the same situation that you have being through!

even though I didn’t have the opportunity to meet Peter in person, cause I was away for Christmas, we spoke over the phone and he was very well educated and respectful with the house rules and etc, I hope there’s gonna be next time to meet Peter and his family

By the way you sow the sheets label but you didn’t sow the mattress that is queen , which it says on the description’s information about the place, next time I recoment you to Pay for an hotel in the area which will acomódate to your standards just for $400 dollars more per day!
