There were a lot of little flies, knarts, the bedroom door did not close all the way so that was uncomfortable y tu I use the bathroom. There was no ice, iron board was a little broken,and we seen a baby roach!

Rooms are old and all the utilities are not in good condition. We heard lot of noises from ground floor where they have a bar which is so much disturbing

Across from the beach with a nice view. Walking distance to restaurants. Big kitchen and balcony area. The apartment was roomy and comfortable. Could be noisy with music next door playing all day, which it did not bother us. It’s hard to find the check in are as there is a little sign on the wall.

Best location for anyone if you want to be in the heart of south beach Miami. Nice Studio apartment on ocean drive and 11th. The balcony view of the ocean is magnificent with the palm trees. Can’t wait to go back.

Catfish Hotel
We felt cat fished the minute we walked in the door. The photos on the website do not look anything like the room where we stayed! We had our 3 teenagers with us. The booking read 4 beds. 3 of the beds were parts of a fold out couch that were equivalent to cots, weirdest "beds" I have ever seen and very uncomfortable. The only actual bed in the room was VERY uncomfortable and worn. The sliding door on our bathroom was broken so it did not shut completely and the bathroom walls were so thin there was no privacy at all. The room was dark, few lights, and the furniture was cheap and worn. The mini kitchen was the best part of the room, but we did not plan to cook on vacation. The worst part is, the hotel is located between 2 busy bars and on top of another one. We could not sleep until 4 am due to the extremely loud music... So loud you felt like you were in the club and when the beat dropped and the patrons jumped up and down it sounded like the building next door was going to collapse. We checked out that morning and just lost our money for the 2nd night. We sensed the employees knew how bad it was and were used to people checking out early. You also have to pay for valet parking, no other option at $40/night additional...We did not get a refund on that either.

Check in was a disaster and more. They checked me into my room at 4:30pm, I proceed to my room to find other people in the room already! How awkward is that to walk into a dirty room with people in it. It took them 3 hours to decide to put me in the other room(the people in my room were originally supposed to be in). Finally in a room. But wait the key card maker doesn't work. so the desk clerk had to walk us to our room every time until 3 am when the desk texted me and informed me that I have a key now. The elevator was broken. My room nub=mber was never changed so until Sunday the paperwork thought I was in the other room. So of course the cleaning people tried to put me out on Sunday morning(when the other people were supposed to check out). Again I had to go to the front desk to fix this issue and get new keys. The front desk clerk this time at least seemed to know what he was doing. he changed my room number and told me I could check out late due to all the inconvenience. But of course no-one was told this because the cleaning people actually kicked me out of the room at 11am on Monday instead of 3pm as the clerk gave me that time to leave. And to top it all off, They tried to charge me a late check out fee. I called and complained about that, they took off the fee but nothing else for my inconvenience!!! This was the worse experience I ever had with a hotel.

This property sits right above a very LOUD bar. The environment is terrible, we reached out to the property manager asking for a refund for the 2 days because we had to check out due to noise and inaccurate description of the property. Property manager did not refund our 2 nights even though we checked out.

Like: Nice space, right on ocean boulevard, balcony with view of ocean, king bed, attentive management regarding reservations. Dislike: Thermostat needs to be fixed so occupant can change the temperature. Property should disclose on all sale sights that due to location between 2 party venues there is a lot of load noise very late into the night.

Property in a great location next to Palace. If your looking for a quite place...this is not it. Right on oceans, you can literally hear and see everything. Spacious place for a group of 7-8. Could definitely use a deep clean. Found a condom under the bed. Walls dirty along with other things. Property has plenty of space for refrigeration and mini kitchenette. With a really good deep clean, this space would be a great place to stay of you want to be close to the strip.

Loved the location and being right in the middle of everything. The rooftop pool was amazing! The only complaint I had was the lack of toiletries, such as toilet paper and towels. Knowing we had five people in the suite with us they should of given us more than they had.
