Miami MiMo Studio with Private Outdoor Area

Unit 4 is a private studio designed to sleep two guests in one queen-size bed. The sleeping, dining and living functions are combined in one efficient studio layout. The unit has its own private full bathroom with a stand-up shower and a full kitchen with refrigerator, sink, stovetop/oven, microwave, coffee maker, plates, cups and basic utensils.

Unit 4 also has its own private covered rear outdoor area. The front pool and grill area are shared with guests in the other units unless the full property is reserved by one group. The unit is completely independent, with its own exterior front door and no connecting doors to neighboring units.

The property is in Miami’s Upper East Side near the MiMo Biscayne Boulevard Historic District. North Beach and Miami Beach are a convenient drive east across the 79th Street Causeway. The Miami Design District, Midtown, Wynwood and Downtown Miami are also within easy driving distance, depending on traffic.

Walkability: Good for short trips (cafes, small shops, parks) and to nearby Biscayne Blvd. Public transit: multiple Metrobus routes run along NE 79th–NE 80th St and Biscayne Blvd (frequent service toward Downtown and Aventura). Downtown transit connections (Metromover and Metrorail) are reachable by bus or short rideshare. Driving: very convenient to I‑95 and US‑1 for intra‑city travel. Rideshare/taxis are widely available.

This is a compact studio with one queen bed and is best suited for a maximum of two overnight guests. It is one of five independent units in the same single-story building. The pool, grill, front outdoor area and laundry are shared when other units are occupied. There are no stairs or elevator. Exterior security cameras monitor common outdoor/entry areas. No smoking is allowed indoors. Pets are welcome with the applicable pet fee. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
