Thank you our first time in Miami
Thank you, our first time in Miami I think next time we will stay in Miami Beach area vs the city nice house, location was kinda far from where we needed to be people renting the house very very kind.

Was very disappointed that the pool was freezing cold.
House was beautiful. Pool was freezing cold and we were not able to use. My daughter cried alot because she wanted in the pool. Everything else was perfect

Pleasant stay
It was a very pleasant stay here. We especially loved the sun-room/pool area. This is where we spent most of our time. Totally loved the house

Very nice property
Beautiful house. Well maintained. Very clean. Pool is not heated so we couldn't use it which was very disappointing. Hostess said most people in S. Florida don't have heated pools, but we've since spoken to ,any people who rented houses the same time. They all had heated pools. Couldn't get the washing machine to run. Hostess brought a repairman same day. So although it's generally a beautiful place to stay at, we couldn't enjoy it. As the main reason we took it was for the pool.

Hi Lynn, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we are sorry that you experienced issues with the plumbing. We followed up with the homeowner, let us know that she wasn't aware of any plumbing issues before check-in. She also did not hear from you regarding this issue. There are emergency numbers listed in the Welcome Book, and she encourages guests to reach out immediately with any issues or concerns. She would have been happy to send someone over right away to address the issues had she been aware of it. The owner assured us that this problem has been resolved and apologized for any inconvenience. We appreciate you letting us know about your stay.
