We stayed at Marenas Resort many times. This is the first time we stayed in a private condo not in the hotel. My disappointment is only related to the specific unit we stayed in and its owner's (or manager's?) attitude to guests, nothing else. It is poorly maintained. Stains were everywhere - on the carpet, mattress, chair cushions, etc. The bed linen was very old; so old that the sheets had little holes. Some closet drawers and sliding doors were broken, so we even couldn't open them. The shower curtains was old, its hooks were old, dirty, and fully covered with rust. There were two of us, and we only had two bath towels for 4 days. We arrived at 7 am and couldn't even check if the unit was ready or not because we didn't have any contact information. We got access to the unit at 4 pm, and only at 8 pm someone (no introduction, no Hi or Bye) texted us and asked if we were accommodated. We texted back and asked how to get access to WiFi in the unit. Nobody answered! There was no WiFi there, only the common hotel WiFi, not strong enough even to watch a movie. For about $250 per night the unit definitely was not what we expected and what we got used to in Marenas. We felt we were not welcomed at all. The necessary improvements (furniture repair, new bed linen, etc. ) would take a penny not millions. We just clearly understood the owner (or the management company?) doesn't take care. I will keep booking Marenas for my next trips to Sunny Isles but never again the condo.

Hello. I am sorry you didn't enjoy Your stay. We have sent pro active communication before your stay with instructions and guidelines. Check in time is 4pm, you would have found that at Expedia and in our messages. The wireless you get in Marenas hotel rooms and our rooms is the same. You pat for that in the resort fee. I am surprised you were so dissapointed yet you didnt mentioned that in the text message we sent to check in with you the day of arrival. Letting us know during your stay would have given us the chance to help you while you were staying instead of replying a bad review after you left

When we booked this property we thought is was through the resort itself. This was through a management company called Ammos Miami Vacation Rental. The did not call us back for two days about the microwave and oven and tv and air conditioning not working. They did finally respond when I texted them. They never helped with any of it. I fixed the AC myself. The management even claimed things were fixed but they never fixed any of it.

The room was beautiful stocked with all necessities and the views from the balcony were amazing. Beach chairs where a great bonus especially traveling with children, they lived the pool area as well. Staff was very friendly.

The reception service was great. We arrived few hours before check in time. Nelson greeted us in a lobby and secure out luggages before we can check in. The best location with a Oceanview. The suite had everything you need -full size refregaretor, washing and dryer machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, all dishes. Decor is beachy and contemporary. Direct access to the beach. I definitely recommend this place to stay.

We LOVE Marenas!!
Everyone one at the hotel did their best to make our stay comfortable. In particular, Eric was able to get us reservations at a local restaurant when no one else could. The clientele there are friendly and respectful. We have stayed here before and will definitely do so again! Enjoy your trip!!

Sunny Isles, un lindo departamento
Es un edificio muy cómodo, la atención del personal de recepción, especialmente la de la señorita HAVA y el señor ERICK, es muy buena. El departamento es muy cómodo para dos personas y la vista que se tiene es espectacular. Está ubicado en una buena zona tanto de playa como de la ciudad. Por mi falta de experiencia, me encontré con tres sorpresas: 1. que había tomado un departamento SIN SERVICIO ya que Ammos VR no presta servicios (limpieza, reposición de amenitys, cambio de ropa de cama) y el edificio no se hace cargo del servicio por ser departamento privado. 2. Que por ser un departamento privado tampoco tenía los servicios de Resort y el pago de esos servicios es obligatorio y por día. 3. Que, guiándome por la foto de identificación en la reserva, llegué al edificio vecino al Marenas. El edificio que aparece identificando a Marenas Resort Condos by Ammos VR no es el correcto. Raro pero cierto, y eso que no es un edificio feo.

Todo muy bien los chicos de la playa muy bien lo que no me gusto es q a mi hija le dijeron que no podiamos tomar los camastros con colchoneta que solo los que no tenian y no entiendo porque eso si mo me gusto
