Oceanfront 2 Bedroom Condo

This fully furnished, 1250 square foot newly renovated 2 bedroom 1.5 bath Residential condo sleeps 6. With views of the ocean and pool, this unit is your home away from home. Ideally located on Hollywood Beach, this Condominium provides a peaceful atmosphere, free from busy crowds. Exclusive beach access and is just minutes away from high-end shopping, great dining, top entertainment and cultural hotspots. There are nearby racetracks, casinos, fun-filled parks and more. The unit has full kitchen with stainless steel appliances with large Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven/Stove, Microwave Oven, Keurig Coffee Maker and all necessary Kitchen Accessories and utensils, granite counters, modern furniture, broadband internet wifi in the unit. Cable TV in each room provided.

Please Note:
Washer & Dryer NOT inside unit - It is on the same floor near the elevator. Should you want to do laundry, you will need to purchase a card and add funds to use either machines. This can all be done at our Front Desk. Also, The windows in the both bedrooms do NOT open as they were sealed shut by the building after the last major Hurricane.

Guest access:
In order to have an access to the amenities in the building you have to get electronic fob at the office. Cost of a key FOB is $30 / 2 Adults. Operating hours is Mon - Fri 8am-6pm, Sat - Sun 9am-5pm .

POOL :
The pool closes at sunset and opens at sunrise. You are not allowed to use the pool beyond those hours. No balls or floating devices allowed in the pool at anytime for the safety of other guests.

ADDITIONAL FEES: To be paid by CREDIT CARD ONLY - No Cash Payments

Laundry - Pay per Use Washer/Dryer Located near elevator on each floor

Beautiful property and helpful host

The apartment was just as advertised. The pools and beach were perfect. We had a minor issue with the shade and it was fixed immediately. The check in process is tedious but I do feel like the host explained this and it is probably the same way for the whole area. It was the only somewhat stressful part of the entire stay. Highly recommend!

Pleasant location!

Our stay was really nice overall. The unit was clean and tidy and had a feeling of crispness. The location and view were terrific! The pool was a good size and there were plenty of pool chairs and also ample space on the beach out front. I think that the living room could possibly use a little more seating, but overall was still a great stay. I would stay here again!

Excellent Location!

My kids and I stayed at this property for 3 days in the sun. We were a 30 second walk to the beach and pool and enjoyed an awesome view of the beach from the balcony. This vrbo had all the beach chairs and towels to make it even easier to enjoy the water. The kitchen was very clean and stocked for cooking. All other rooms also clean and spacious. Quiet property. Had a great time and everything we needed.

A stay very much enjoyed!

The accommodation was great. We arrived and everything was so put together and homey. We were able to do a lot in the apartment such as cook with the stove and microwave as well as counter space. The big closets and many drawers were convenient for laying our clothes out and staying organized throughout our stay. My favorite part was the spacious living room area that led to a balcony with a view of the beach. The sounds of the ocean were immensely relaxing and my family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A Wonderful Vacation!

Absolutely beautiful view from the balcony! Saw the sun rise each day! The unit was very spacious, clean and attractive. It was fully equipped with beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas and the kitchen had everything you might need. Anna and Elcio were very welcoming and helpful! The pool area is awesome! We loved the beach too- just not great for walking distances for us as the sand is not flat and packed near the water. While the area was pretty limited as far as restaurants and things to do, there is a Publix close by and the Ride Circuit was great! It brought us to the Broadwalk and several restaurants too far to walk to. We used it at least once every day! Also, we walked to Acqua Bistro and had dinner there twice.Very good!!!

Great Condo with excellent view overlooking pool/beach

Great condo in a nice location - on the beach and fabulous view from the balcony overlooking the pool and beach. On the 4th floor, which is nice as you are high enough for a view but not super high, as are many rentals in that area, where you would otherwise always have to use an elevator. Very clean condo and the building is quiet. Comfortable beds. My son and I used the workout room a few times - overlooks the pool area and nice equipment. Location is a short drive south of the busier boardwalk/Hollywood beach area, which was nice if you're looking for a place close to but not right in the boardwalk area. A few really great restaurants/bakeries across the street for quicker bites to eat. Short drive to lots of nice restaurants on the intracoastal side. There were a lot of "rules" at the pool, so don't expect the kids to be able to "run wild"... but those rules are in place to ensure that everyone has a relaxing time. Host was very reponsive. Would definitely rent again!

Great Stay in a Great Property

We had a wonderful stay at The Tides. The pool was great, the property was well cared for, the beach was beautiful and easily accessible. The property manager was very flexible with our arrival and made sure we got all set up (note: check in takes a little while with setting up parking and getting a key fob so don't expect an instant check in like a hotel stay). The rooms are very well appointed and they even had an infant booster seat and baby tub. The kitchen is well set up and they have both a K-cup coffee maker and a regular coffee maker. There is also a box fan which was great! The balcony views are spectacular while being somewhat private due to the beautiful palm trees around the pool. Also, right across the street and a short walk is an amazing restaurant called Patagonia Nahuen. Wonderful and affordable coffee, pastries, empanadas, and breakfasts. Highly recommend checking it out!

Wonderful Place

The condo itself is beautiful. Clean and modern looking. A great view from the balcany. The building is clean as well. Staff were shampooing the carpets in the hallways keeping them fresh and clean. Plenty of beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella which was very helpful since we flew to Florida and couldn't bring these items. A property manager met us at the building to assist with checking in by walking us through getting a fob and parking pass. He even helped take our luggage to our room and provided the access code. He was very nice and this made check in a breeze! The fobs are important as it allows you to access areas of the building keeping you secure. The pool is nice and not overly crowded. The area was nice as well and close to shops and restaurants. I have only positive remarks about this place!

Beach front immaculate condo w/ocean view

This is an incredible place to stay and priced very competitively for the market. I echo all the other positive reviews and would highly recommend this property. Elcio was a huge help with check in and tried to make check in after 5pm as painless as possible. Limited access until 9am when the office opens. You wait in line to get your key fob. If you want to use the pool, each member in your party has to be present in the office to have a wrist band applied which you have to wear the entire length of your stay (including if you go to a nice restaurant! No fault of the host). No shower soap, shampoo, or coffee is provided so plan accordingly which would be nice to spell out in the listing so you know in advance as that is not the norm. Would also be nice to have extra pillows and a blanket but we didn't ask for any during the stay so possibly that could have been accommodated. Otherwise extremely well stocked for the beach and kitchen.

Perfect Beachfront location

If I could leave ten stars I would! This property is extremely clean with the necessary essentials for your stay. The view is priceless! No need to get beach equipment because the host has equipped the unit. You get access to beach chairs, umbrella, even a cooler which you will totally need. You get enough clean beach towels. The beach is easily accessible from the unit. We never had any issues finding a great spot by the beach. Everybody in the building, staff and guests are extremely nice and professional. The parking is secure and easy to access. The check in is a process, but nothing that will keep you from enjoying your time here. Anna and Elcio are amazing people! We had issues opening the door and they took care of it immediately. No delay in communication nor resolving the issue. We will totally come back without a doubt!

We loved everything about our stay. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. When we arrived, we were met and given instructions and even helped us with our luggage. Loved having coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool was very nice but a little disappointed they closed early around 7 PM There is a publix just down the road and a lot of great restaurants nearby. Having laundry on every floor was nice as well. I will definitely be back. this was really a perfect location.!
