Hollywood stay

It was great. Very clean, Karen was responsive. We had issues with the internet the whole time, which was a bummer, but it made us do other things while we were there.

The apartment is very well located, comfortable, and pleasant, which made our stay quite enjoyable. As a suggestion, the check-in and check-out times could be a bit more flexible (currently check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out at 11:00 a.m.). We also noticed that the kitchen equipment was somewhat limited — there were only three plates and a few basic items were missing, such as a water jug, salad bowl, bottle opener, and kitchen towels. It would have been helpful to have clearer information about the fees for receiving packages (5 p/p) and the updated cost of valet parking. Overall, it was a good experience, with just a few small details that could easily be improved to make the stay even more comfortable.

Amazing Stay!!!

The vrbo was an excellent place to stay at with tour family on vacation. The apartment was clean, and had plenty of space. We enjoyed our stay here.

Very clean unit. Quite large and comfortable for a one bedroom. Well stocked with beach chairs and accessories. Just steps to the beach. Could walk to Publix for groceries.

Location, location, location. The straight access to the beach is the best feature of this property. Walkable to grocery store, fabulous neighbourhood, other parts of public areas. Easy access to highways, and airport. Minutes away from the Aventura mall for shopping, restaurants. All in one for a very comfortable, laid back vacation.

Great beach, great property, great location

We had a great weekend trip at Hollywood Beach, Florida. The condo was great, the weather was perfect. The beach was just steps away. The property matched the online description, clean and stocked with basic necessities. It would've been helpful if there were washcloths, beach towels and extra toilet paper. We experienced a plumbing issue during our stay but the owner and team were very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again!

Beach trip

Location is great for beach trip. The unit served all our needs. The host is very responsive, and provides beach chairs and umbrella. Bed is great. Couch is a little uncomfortable. Kitchen utensils and chairs on deck need to be updated. Overall, a very fun week in the sun.

Peaceful stay!

Everything was great, check in was easy, the apartment was very clean, and the beach was just a few steps away. The only downside was that the toilet in the master bedroom did not flush.

Pre-cruise relaxation

Very nice unit for two. A little spartan for seating and decor. We had to visit Walmart, which was a convenient walk over the bridge, for soap and basics that we found at prior rentals. Instructions could have been left regarding laundry use, but I did eventually find the card and figured it out. The beach was gorgeous, and the exercise room was used as well. The Hollywood shuttle bus took us easily to the Broadwalk.

Amazing Beach Access Condo

The Sian was amazing location and the property exceeded my expectation. The condo was huge, including the bedroom and bathroom (I also loved the water pressure in the shower). The balcony was relaxing and it was very quiet for a vacation rental. The property host, Karen, responded to all my questions very quickly. I highly recommend!

It was a delightful respite

The apartment was good, with a few drawbacks (the only light in the living room area had to be plugged in to a very wobbly socket as the light switch itself was broken; there were -0- wash cloths in the bath; -0- extra bags for the trash; -0- dish towels to dry dishes). On a positive note, the location was lovely, if very busy and -0- private beach areas. Outside the owner’s purview were the inoperable elevators (troubling since my spouse uses a transport chair) and the broken handle on the door leading to the swimming pool - where the building next door blocks the sun around 1 pm - EST- for the remainder of the day. The valets were phenomenal and it would be grand if there were actually a bell person to assist with luggage.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the location is nice for being right on the beach. Roku TV's in the living room and bedroom allowed you to access any of your services you might have at home. The unit is on the 3rd floor on the side of the building so you can get a small glimpse of the ocean through the trees. Overall the unit is great and the location puts you right on the beach and a Walmart is within a .5 mile walk. Karen was great for communication and very clear with instructions to access the unit before we were there which was nice. Unfortunately the building staff was not very friendly on check-in but you really only need to interact with them then. English is definitely not the primary language around this area so you'll want to expect that. Wi-Fi access only seemed to be limited to the TV, when I tried to access it using my iPad it wanted me to download an App that you had to pay per minute. It wasn't that big of a deal to us, we just used our phones. You must Valet your car every time you come or go. The area for the entrance to the building is quite small which can cause a wait and backup when you need your car. Even with the few drawbacks, Karen's unit is very nice and has great access to the beach.

Great Location

Overall this property was great for our stay!! It was right on the beach and close to shopping and a few restaurants!! It does need some updating as it seems to be in original condition, and a couple things need repairing, take pics and video to document how it was when staying there! Owner was very responsive when we messaged her! Toilet in master bath does run on due to some building/toilet issues as we were told by owner! We decided just to turn it off at night as not to disrupt our sleep! Minimal supplies in kitchen, we had to buy a sharp knife and leave it there to cut up fruit and veggies! Neighbors were very loud, could hear closing of closet doors hitting the wall constantly! All in all worked for our purpose, close to everything and was clean, which was our main objective!!

Great getaway trip to the warmth

Husband and wife just returned from a five day stay at the Sian. The place was very clean. We agree with an earlier post; the shower had a lot of pressure. The bed was quite comfortable. One big issue: according to online description”valet parking is available for $10/day”. This is not optional!! You must pay the fee. We did need/use our car quite frequently. The lot was constantly filled beyond capacity. The valets worked diligently…. Not their fault….. but it was quite frustrating to try and maneuver the rental through rows and rows of cars in the lot. There was always a traffic jam at the entrance/exit. We are surprised people and cars are not injured and damaged. As one can see by the overall favorable score we gave for our trip, we did have a great time. Across the street from the Margaritaville hotel (Oceanside) we went to the Five O Clock Somewhere bar…. Great music. Le Tub is a cool vibe place right beside it. Sit by the waterway and relax, away from the crowds
