I had problems from day one. My check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but when I arrived at my room, the cleaning services had just started cleaning, delaying my check-in until around 4 PM. I had communicated via email and phone with management, so they arranged for my check-out time to be extended from 10 AM to 12 PM. However, on the day of my supposed check-out at 12 PM, the cleaning lady knocked aggressively on my door, arguing with me and demanding that I leave. Property management emailed me, threatening to force me to leave and charge a fee if I didn’t leave ASAP. I provided screenshots of our earlier communication to prove my arrangement, but I decided not to stress myself further and left at 11 AM.
Additionally, I was disappointed to find out that the pool was closed for construction, and I received an email notification on the same day as my check-in. Although the room pictures looked great, the reality was different—it was an old room with mold and a very old bathroom. Furthermore, my room was noisy.
The only positive aspect was the nice ocean view from the window. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here and I will never come back.
