- Enjoy a comfortable stay at this spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at Sian Condo, featuring beautiful direct ocean views and everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and private full bathroom. The second bedroom offers two double-size beds and a closet. The apartment has two full bathrooms in total.
The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area. Enjoy beautiful direct ocean views from the apartment, as well as the convenience of beach chairs and an umbrella for your beach days.
Sian Condo offers great amenities, including a swimming pool and fitness center, making it a convenient option for both relaxing getaways and longer stays.
Parking is available for an additional fee. The rates are $20 for 1 day, $40 for 2 days, $45 for 3 days, $60 for 4 days, $75 for 5 days, $90 for 6–7 days, $125 for 8–14 days, and $175 for 15–31 days. Guest visitor parking is $20.
The condo also charges a separate electronic key fob fee, payable directly at check-in and not included in the reservation price. One fob is $30 for up to 3 adults (18+), two fobs are $60 for 4–6 adults, and three fobs are $90 for 7–9 adults. Children under 18 do not require a fob.
Please note that the building is currently undergoing construction. Construction noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
The pool will remain closed until November 9, subject to change.
