Expansive Multi Story Home in the Heart of Miami

  • Enjoy our modern home located in a great neighborhood in the heart of Miami!

    This home is perfect for travelers, friends, families, or even those who are in the city for business. Conveniently located near Miami Beach, Brickell, Miami International Airport, Coral Gables, Baseball Stadium, and highways. The Bayfront Park, Miami-Dade Arena, Bayside Marketplace, and many of Miami's popular sites, restaurants, and shops are all within short driving distance!

    Relax in the welcoming living area and watch movies on the 75" TV with streaming options provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and cook your meals.

    The downstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed.

    We have 3 bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom upstairs has a king-sized bed, a dedicated workspace, a coffee maker, a microwave, a mini fridge, an ensuite bathroom, and private access to the large balcony. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen-sized beds each. All bedrooms have a 55" TV. There are also dedicated workspaces perfect for those who are working from home!

    There are lots of great outdoor spaces in this home. The outside patio is spacious and has a TV and outdoor furniture to use. You can fire up the grill to have a delicious BBQ!

    An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and 3-4 driveway parking spaces are all provided during your stay!

    *There is a ring doorbell and ring camera in the patio corner only. No camera inside the house.

    *Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 15 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!

    *Please note: The 2nd gate can't be opened at the moment.
    The guest can park on the right side, in front of the house, or use the manual gate at the side to park inside the gated area.
    The guest can also park in front of the electric gate.
    Note: The driveway is not possible for bigger cars/SUV.

A great place in a good location in safe neighborhood

The home has a nice location, close to many places including the airport, Miami central, grocery stores, and restaurants. The house inside is well zoned with one bedroom/bathroom on the first floor between living room and dining area. The second floor has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and two terraces nicely equipped. All was clean, and the utilities were great including a good air conditioner for cooling, and televisions in every room connected to Netflix streaming services. Host was excellent at responding to any request. This was a nice home for a two week stay.

Very unhappy

This was a last-minute rental because the owner canceled my previous reservation because there was no electricity at the property. What was offered was not correct. I had no alarm that was advertised, so I contacted the owner, and they did nothing to correct the matter. The towels were atrocious, and they also provided no washing clothes. It was advertised to have parking for three vehicles; however, the electric gate that led to the driveway was not operational, and at the other entrance, someone had to stand outside and hold that gate open, which was very inconvenient. The owner had two for rent signs attached to the property, so while I was grilling with my family, I had people stopping by and asking me about the property.
