South Beach, the Miami Beach Convention Center, Lincoln Road, the Art Deco District, Bal Harbour, and the Aventura Mall are all within a short driving distance. Miami International Airport is 20 minutes away. Jungle Island, American Airlines Arena, Sun Life Stadium, Miami Marlins Stadium, and Fort Lauderdale International Airport are all within driving distance.

Not what I expected

Upon arrival I discovered the air conditioner was not working. They were unable to fix it . We asked to be moved to another unit and were told call the Management Company in the morning. It was 77 degrees inside. The units you are given to not look like the pictures on VRBO. It might be a corner unit but it could be on the ground floor and not the view as shown. The unit I was in showed wear and tear. It was not what I expected.

Amazing location and views. BAD water supply

Stayed here for two weeks. The location is great. Next to a few good restaurants, right across from UPS and a good breakfast joint. Also very close to Publix. Beach was clean and there’s an amazing sandbar that’s perfect for chilling at low tide. ONE MAJOR COMPLAINT: the water supply is the apartment needs repairing. Water routine stops coming out of the faucet. Sometimes for hours at a time. On my last day, I couldn’t even wash my face or take a shower because there was no water.
