TrÚs décevant!

MalgrĂ© une plage magnifique et une belle piscine, nous avons Ă©tĂ© TRÈS déçues de ce condo. La prĂ©sence de coquerelles dans la cuisine et, parfois dans la salle de sĂ©jour, nous a dĂ©goĂ»tĂ©es. AprĂšs nous ĂȘtre plaintes, la proprio nous a fait livrer des trappes, ce qui n'a rien rĂ©glĂ©. Nous avions peur d'ouvrir les tiroirs et les armoires, car nous en voyions tous les jours, matin, midi et soir. Faire Ă  manger, dans ces conditions, Ă©tait trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Nous avons appris que le pest control Ă©tait venu 2 jours avant notre arrivĂ©e. Elle Ă©tait donc au courant. Des travaux majeurs de rĂ©novation ont lieu depuis un an sur l'immeuble. La proprio ne nous en a averties que 2 jours avant notre arrivĂ©e, une fois que tout a Ă©tĂ© payĂ©, ajoutant qu'ils ne se dĂ©roulaient pas du cĂŽtĂ© de son condo, ce qui Ă©tait faux. Le bruit Ă©tait si fort qu'il Ă©tait impossible de dĂ©jeuner et de luncher sur le balcon ni de paresser le matin. Les derniers jours, les travaux se dĂ©roulaient juste Ă  gauche de notre balcon. Nous ne nous entendions mĂȘme pas parler Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de l'appartement, toutes fenĂȘtres fermĂ©es, tant le bruit des marteaux-piqueurs Ă©tait assourdissant. Il a fallu 9 jours pour faire rĂ©parer le Wi-Fi et l'air climatisĂ© qui ne fonctionnaient pas Ă  notre arrivĂ©e.
