✔ Damage Protection and Guest Verification: To maintain a safe environment for all, we require a brief guest verification process facilitated by our trusted partner, Truvi. Shortly after booking, Truvi will contact you with simple instructions to complete the screening. This helps us ensure our property is aligned with your group’s needs and that house rules will be respected. A non-refundable $35 fee is required to complete the verification.
