- Nestled in the heart of Hollywood Beach, this beautiful beachside, 4th floor condo apartment offers a soothing retreat for guests. The oversized Primary includes two queen beds and a comfortable reading area. The terrific living room includes two pull down double Murphy beds, perfect for extra guests or relaxing downtime sleeping a total of up to 8. The Primary bath includes a walk-in shower, plenty of fresh towels in the linen closet and a hair dryer. The guest half-bath is located in the main living space. The unit includes extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, a coffee maker, hot water kettle and more. The facility features gym, hot tub, renovated pool, game room, convenience store, parking & more! Whether you’re unwinding after a day out, enjoying the beach or just a quiet morning, this space feels like a true home away from home and is located just steps from the beach and a few minutes from the Aventura Mall.
