A little disappointed
First the owner was great very easy to reach. The pool was nice. The ocean was right out thedoor. However i was disappointed in the ocean view. I looked out to the roof. The sink was so tiny a dinner plate didnt fit. There were tiny flies in the hotel lobby and the room. The garbage room had overflowing garbage in the bin. The lobby could use an update on.the furniture. The su ny isles free bus was a plus

My Husband &I really enjoyed our STAY
My Husband and I really enjoyed our stay and will very likely STAY AGAIN. The wife had stayed 1 month here a few years ago as a Retirement gift and loved it!! This is an old building and that can create some minor challenges but NOT ENOUGH to keep us from returning. EACH room has its own WIFI password NOW; newly installed. The rest of common areas in building have Ramada Internet' including at the pool. Think bathroom needs a new paint job and Very small microwave needs replacing; but it worked very well. KEY BENEFIT-First floor-do NOT need elevators, (they get very busy) Check in and out was an absolute BREEZE!! There is a 25.00/day parking fee IF you have a vehicle. WE KNEW THAT AND THE LOCATION,LOCATIOM,LOCATION MAKES UP FOR IT. OUTSTANDING very clean and huge pool; right on Ocean. Food from the Basement Italian place is superb!! Great Prices as well. Food at Tiki bar is good but has 26% tax added to it. We love the Marco Polo Building. Thanks!!!

Quiet, comfortable, clean!
The perfect place for a vacation, especially solo travellers. Unit is spacious, bright (blackout curtains for sleeping), and quiet both at night and during the day. Staff at pool, beach, and reception are friendly and helpful. The building is right on the beach, which is never too crowded. Publix is an easy 10 minute walk for groceries too. Can't wait to visit again :) Special shout-out to Patricia for her kind assistance.

Winter getaway!
Room was great, clean, and quiet. Property is under renovation but it caused no problems. The major drawback is the parking. It’s outrageously expensive ($25 a day plus tips) and it takes 20-50 minutes to retrieve your car.

It has its perks
We stayed for 11 nights. Great pool area with access to the beach. Fitness area and laundry access were nice to have. The room was equipped with the basics. When the toaster was broken, it was replaced promptly. The bed was very comfortable but bring your own pillows. The fan is very loud with only one speed and if you want a view, don’t book this room. We did not expect a balcony but we did not realize we would be on the first floor.
