Clean and quite, perfect for 1 or 2 people. Many walkable downtown / Miracle Mile locations nearby. Nice accommodations for the price. Host was very responsive.

Perfect Place for Groups Visiting Miami

Had a wonderful time in Nicolas' place. Rooms were spacious including the kitchen and living room area. Location close to central Coral Gables with many shops and restaurants nearby

Nice Apartment

The apartment was very conveniently located, not too far from the airport. Was nice to have the dedicated parking spot and the kitchen, and the 2 bedrooms.

Awesome Communication

We had such a great stay! We’ve used VRBO many times before and Nicolas has by far been the best and most responsive host we’ve ever had! We had a minor issue with a shower head and it got taken care of almost immediately! The neighborhood felt extremely safe, great central location, and so peaceful! Would highly recommend.
