"Hotel claimed to give an upgrade but switched to a lower floor with no ocean view and would not honor the reservation. Additionally this was a ADA handicap suite. No ice anywhere in the hotel. Especially not on the floors. You have to tip bartenders to get ice. Didn’t give us towels on the 2nd day. ..."

"Overly crowded. Be aware that you are sharing this "resort" with hundreds of locals using it as their day pass/community pool. Good luck finding a place to sit. Food is OK. Service is BAD.
