The airport shuttle was a total disaster, we called the hotel multiple times over a 45 minute time span. The desk clerks never even answered the phone. Park Central South Beach
Staff was great and always helpful. We saw the beach and the ocean. Beautiful. You are in the center of south beach and very enjoyable. Just walk over the Ocean drive and you are in the sany area. Best hotel we have stayed at in the Miami area!
