Clean, well-maintained facility. Not much in area within walking distance. Feel kind of trapped. However, restaurant and bar in nearby hotel saved the day.

The property is close to the airport. The staff was nice and the hotel lobby was clean and smelt good, but the rooms were ran down and dated. Floors could have been cleaned more properly and the hallways smelt of urine. Guest were loud in hallways at night. Shuttle only runs on certain days and takes forever to pickup at airport. Restaurants/stores were about 5-10 min away. Overall you get what you pay for. Okay place to stay for the cheap price.

d 2 hours for our shuttle from the airport, never arrived. We called 5 times and only answered once saying we would be picked up. We weren't. Had to take taxi costing $25 to get to hotel. Not impressed. Have stayed here before without any problems.

The staff was so nice and accommodating! I needed to check in early and they did their best to help me even when it was busy. It was very clean and nice. My first time in Miami and I would definitely stay again next time!

We usually stay in the LaQuinta hotels in most places we visit. This place is so close to the airport which is very convenient but also very noisy. Overall we enjoyed our one night and had a great breakfast the following morning. The staff was very helpful too.

The outlets in my room were loose and shaky could not charge my phone. There was no phone in the room itself are alarm clock. The pool was not clean and I had invited my grandkids to swim. They said that it would be clean the following morning so I extended my stay, but the pool did not get cleaned. I do love that location. However it does need a little improvement. I on accident left a ring In the room upon checkout, my fault, however I am getting a runaround in reference to whether or not it has been located or found

Excellent customer service. It was top notch. I cannot remember the name of the lady at the front desk that wears the glasses I think her name is Evy, I absolutely love her. She is amazing. Great customer service. All round wonderful person. The gym is small, but can be used. The lobby was always clean and smells amazing. The only issues I had with the property is that the bathroom tub needs to changed and the doors were so hard to open as I believe that they just painted them.

The area was convenient but hotel service was very poor as a Wyndham member I would think I would have great service and constantly asking for things to the point employees there seem to give off rude gesture during my stay

The location of the hotel was good. It was pretty near to Miami airport but the hotel itself was little old. There were no water bottles in the room neither was a kettle or couple of glasses.

Average hotel to stay for a day or two. Restrooms needs to improve there are details that does not look good toilet not working properly shower need get replaced. The bleach in the pool was extremely high me and my kids couldn’t enjoy like it was planned. Snack shop is ridiculous expensive I asked one of the desks lady how much was for 2 bag of chips & juice bottle and she said $13 tax. Needs to change that.
