OK room, but a bit pricey. Issues with bathroom: toilet had garbage inside when we got in, some supplies were damaged, and one cannot turn the shower on without getting wet, and since it takes time for the hot water to come, it was not pleasant. The hotel is a bit remote from the fun downtown attractions.

Parking costs $50/day to your bill for mandatory valet. It's a hidden cost. Hard to get in and out due to neighborhood and construction. Not a great area with police activity constant 1 block away, not convenient. Hotel is like an afterthought to condo complex. Junky mall attached. Just meh to bad

Upon checking in, our first room smelled like rotten sewer. After getting a room changed we noticed that most of the floor was still lingering with a foul smell. The outdoor pool had a very cloudy look to it that needed to be shocked. Also, their large outdoor hot tub was also out of service during our stay. Area is great, lots to do and see, just stay somewhere else if you want somewhat nice stay.

Direct full bay view room. Good location if you are not going to the beach everyday. Great value for Miami. One block from the metro mover and trolley route.

No hot water
Very dissapointed to have no hot water, not even luke warm for my shower this morning after 30 mins of running the water (both directions and still cold and colder). Room 660 and hoping that this gets fixed, I did not have time to contact maintenance due to it being 6 AM and I had to leave for work trip. However, I did text the concierge the issue and never heard back either.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. The hotel’s physical plant is in dire need of a facelift. Shipping boxes stored for 3 days next to the lobby elevators. Really!? Isn’t there a manager? No maid service the first day and after that very basic cleaning- e.g. floor definitely not vacuumed and cleaned with left over lint etc. Including coins from the last guest.
