Hello Yamileth. Since we are a warm weather destination, insects are common in Miami, but weekly preventive maintenance is performed at the property to avoid these instances. Please accept our apologies if this was your experience. Our bathrooms have running water, if there was an issue, we would ask that you contact our staff to look into it further. Hello Dian, we offer housekeeping service every 3rd day of your stay, but we will remove trash and replace towels daily. At any time during your stay, you may stop by the front desk to request additional items such as towels or amenities. Thank you for your review.

Hello Dina, thank you for your review. We are a historic Art Deco hotel, so we don’t have a garage or parking lot, but valet service is offered as an optional amenity through a third party. Our rooms are cleaned prior to each guests arrival, so our housekeeping staff would not confirm a room in that condition. We appreciate your feedback.
