Carefully renovated, it has retained the soul and authentic character of the region’s traditional homes, while offering warm, modern comfort. Valérie and François, passionate farmers, created this place with love. As soon as you step through the door, you can feel the spirit of this family project, named “Ensemble.” Everyone pitched in, especially Valérie, who restored the weathered beams and breathed new life into magnificent antique furniture, including the large farmhouse table. Here, every detail has been thoughtfully designed to make you feel right at home in a warm and soothing atmosphere. Access to the cottage is via a covered porch, perfect for enjoying a sheltered spot to relax. Ground floor: a warm living area with a dining nook, a fully equipped kitchen (with a central island), and a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove (1 sofa bed for 2 people) for cosy evenings with family or friends. Bathroom (accessible shower, sink, and toilet). Ground floor: 3 comfortable bedrooms (the “Bonheur” bedroom — 1 double bed (140 cm), the versatile “Harmonie” bedroom — 2 single beds that can be joined to form 1 large bed (160 cm), and the family bedroom “Relaxation” — 4 single beds, including 2 bunk beds). Modern and elegant bathroom (bathtub, shower, and double sink). Separate toilet. Outside, you’re surrounded by a large, unfenced yard—perfect for relaxing in peace and quiet. You’ll also enjoy a terrace (with patio furniture, a parasol, and a plancha) ideal for al fresco dining, as well as lounge chairs, deck chairs, and a pétanque court. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for walks and exploring nature. “Les Moissons” bar and restaurant—which also serves as a supermarket and bread delivery point—is 2.3 km away. This holiday rental is truly the perfect place to unwind, reconnect, and recharge!
