"El mejor hotel para esperar para un vuelo muy temprano por la manana, si les sugiero mas unidades de transporte a terminal 2 para los que tienen que ir del hotel a terminal 2, para vuelos temprano en la mañana Yo tenia que salir a las 4am para mi vuelo a las 630 pero la fila era de 20 personas esperando el shuttel , la verdad tube una mala experiencia ya que el agente encargado de la coordinacion mostro una actitud no muy amable, la verdad fue muy agrecibo y descortes le pregunte que si tenian varias unidades para toda la gente en espera y soo me dijo, haga linea y espere su turno, agarre mi maleta y a mi hijo y agarramos un Taxi mejor a terminal 2 . Shuttle en este hotel sale cada 60min. Ojala puedan leer mi cometario y mejorar experiencias. "

"We stayed here for one night and we couldn’t have asked for more. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lobby, rooms, rooftop, gym, restaurant were all clean! I would definitely come back!"

"We loved the location (we don’t mind a noisy neighborhood) and overall cleanliness. While this is in Zona Rosa, it is a few block east walk to Roma. We got the best of both. Amenities were great for the price, but coffee is Starbucks. If you like Starbucks, great. If not, there is no shortage of superior and often local coffee shops nearby. So much good food, Korean and Mexican, all over! The only issue was a faulty door to the balcony. This wasn’t a big deal and didn’t feel like a reflection on hotel maintenance. We just randomly got a room with a door that couldn’t be fixed right away. It wasn’t a security concern, so there you go."

"We stayed with ours children during the spring break. The hotel is in a central location and very close to many great restaurants, shops and museums. Ours room has a great view of the cathedral and we also enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel. It’s has a direct view of the Zocalo. The staff is very nice and professional. it’s a great hotel and we would definitely come back!"
