We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.

Stay in Mexico

It is a very nice apartment in a perfect location, and enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we found that the maintenance of the apartment was not up to par making the stay not as enjoyable. There were problems with the lighting (non functioning bulbs), with the kitchen sink to wash dishes, and some lack of amenities like soap and shampoo (that we ended up buying), or a non working coffee maker. Even though we spoke with the managers a few times, and they sent crews to address the concerns, some of the things that were supposedly fixed, were still not working during our stay (like the kitchen sink, which made it challenging to wash the dishes, or the coffee maker)
