"It is a comfortable and clean property. The only issue we faced was while check-in. The person on duty was very rude and was not ready to listen to our point. We were travelling with a 4 months old baby and we reached hotel around 2:00pm. I had booked an extra night to avoid waiting long for the check-in time. The person at the reception was very rude and kept insisting in waiting without listening to our whole point. He was almost ready to fight. Moreover I had spoken to their customer support 2 days in advance to avoid such scenario and they assured me there won’t be any troubles during the check-in but this person at the counter disregarded the whole thing said “Our customer teams are are sitting in Lyon. We are not connected to them and I cannot help. You need to wait.” Then after him calming down he gave us a very nominal room at first floor whereas we booked a room on upper floor with some extra amenities, like full minibar. Unfortunately we did not get to experience any of it because of the rude staff. The stay was okay if you don’t need to interact either the staff, a bit out of the main city, clean and quiet."

"The check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member was not very professional and did not explain basic information such as Wi-Fi access, breakfast, or other important hotel details. The housekeeping staff was also quite impolite. When we returned to the room and needed to use the washroom while they were cleaning, their attitude made us feel uncomfortable and guilty, as though we were inconveniencing them in our own room."

"the room was decent but the hotel has no elevator so if you have a heavy suitcase or have mobility problems you will suffer. wifi would disconnect all the time and sometimes just wouldn’t work for up to an hour. hotel staff said they can’t do anything and to just wait. staff in general wasn’t helpful. one lady was rude."

"This hotel is very clean with a friendly staff. It’s in a safe business district and an easy 8 minute walk to the metro. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay at this property again. "

"I reserved the executive studio based on the photos you published on your site . the room is not corresponding to the photos and it is more the same like normal studio with a different coffee machine and beverages . dont understand how such error is coming from your respectable site . iwill attach the photos which you need to compare it with yours "

"This is a charming well maintained hotel close to the Arc de triomph. Location is great, lots of restaurants, access to transportation etc. Rooms are small but typical of this type of hotel. Beds were comfortable. The room was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly."

"Staff were welcoming and helpful. Very close to shopping malls, supermarkets and public transport. Fitness and steam(hammam) were good. "

"The lobby was under construction, we got in early and was never allowed to check in early insure of rooms being available. The receptionist Baptiste had no idea of what he was doing, he also lacks empathy and compassion. The lobby was dusty and noisy which was due to their construction. The room 7080 air condition was broken and no one ever showed up in the 6 days to fix it. It was hot and miserable."
