It comprises a 50 m² living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A 50 m² living area with a sofa, a wood-burning stove and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Tassimo coffee machine…

First floor:
- A sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×200), a sofa and toys provided
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

On the second floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: a king-size bed (180 × 200 – two single bed bases, one mattress) and a rattan cot

Outside:
- A courtyard with outdoor furniture. The furniture is private, but neighbours have a right of way through this courtyard.

The house is ideally situated in the centre of the village of Meuilley, in very pleasant surroundings, close to a restaurant and a mini-market with a bread depot.

Activities :
Trails, hikes, visits to wine cellars and tastings, many activities available from the gîte.

Transport :
A car is essential; free parking is available close to the house.

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge (concierge / housekeeping service).
