In its place, a single commercial electric floor fan is provided, which falls significantly short of adequately cooling the space, particularly during warmer periods. Adding to the disappointment, the washing machine advertised in the listing photos is nowhere to be found on the premises. This is a direct discrepancy between what was presented at the time of booking and the actual facilities available upon arrival — a misleading representation that materially affected the decision to book this property. "Es war OK. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück OK. man muss immer sehen wo ich übernachtet 3/4/ 5 Sterne. Also alles OK aber für uns die Betten zu weich. Waren schon zum 2 mal dort, und werden wohl auch wieder da übernachten."
