It's a very nice and modern furnished boutique hotel. The location is very convenient, parking nearby in the parkhouse. Good value for money. We felt, with our dog, very welcome and really enjoyed our stay. We will be booking our next stay there again. Thank you.

We love the location of this hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall cleanliness ok. Because there was no A/C, we had to open the windows for ventilation. But that posed a problem as we get uninvited guests like bugs and flies. That was our only peeve about the hotel. Otherwise it is a really nice and well managed boutique hotel.

당황스러운 체크아웃

체크 아웃시 조금 당황스러웠다. 숙박료를 미리 지불한 상태인데 체크가 되지 않아 다시 지뷸을 요청하였고 마지막날 저녁에 1층 레스토랑에서 우리가 맥주와 피자를 먹고 룸차지로 체크아웃시 계산하는데 맥주를 4개 먹었는데 6개로 체크가 되어 계산되었다. 그래서 체크아웃 하는데만 40분이 소요되어 좀 답답했다.

Der Fahrstuhl war defekt und wir hatten eine sogenannte Juniorsuite, mit Betonfussboden, im 3. Stock. Beim Check in war eine Dame das einzige Personal im gesamten Haus. Ich habe unser gesamtes Gepäck einzeln in den 3.Stock getragen und am nächsten Tag wieder runter. Eine Zumutung! Keine Entschuldigung. Eine Einladung zum Frühstück wäre das mindeste gewesen. Hotel Kitz, nein Danke! Es gibt bessere Hotels in der Nähe, wo wir auch schon die Jahre zuvor waren.

Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen, aber es liegt nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße. Man kann sehr gut parken, da in direkter Nähe (eigentlich genau daneben) ein Parkhaus ist. Man kann das Hotel durch das Parkhaus erreichen. Das Hotel ist sehr neu, sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt! Für einen Shopping-Ausflug in die Outletcity Metzingen absolut empfehlenswert. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Man kann seine Einkäufe während des Tages immer wieder ins Zimmer/Auto bringen. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber super sauber. Für ein bis zwei Nächte absolut ok. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: im Bad hat meine keine Möglichkeit, sein Beautycase abzustellen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Das Frühstück bietet alles, was man gerne mag. Es hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Der Frühstücksraum/Restaurant ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr ansprechend und stilvoll.
