"First time walking in the room and it smelled like cigarette/ marijuana smoke and the blankets had a burn in it. My door was off track and I would have to lift it up to close it. The one wash cloths was ripped and stained. I told the front desk and the guy just said okay and did nothing about it. I then got stuck in the elevator and I told the front desk and the woman that was there said it happens and it’s okay all you got to do it pull the doors open."

"Not to clean also tv was broken not healthy breakfast to much noises on the next room not remote control for the tv ."

"We didn't end up staying pool was closed, they were not serving breakfast and the lobby was under construction. Online all amenities were listed. The front desk clerk told us when we walked in he seemed embarrassed. "

"The host was very helpful with the issues that we had. The site had very nice towels and was clean on arrival. Kitchen was very small and had only a tiny table and two stools for seating. Kitchenware was adequate. Toaster should be discarded because it is a burn hazard. Microwave quit working but was promptly replaced with a new one. Pipes froze one time and required us to vacate the unit for half a day until they were fixed.Biggest complaint was the TV setup, which only functioned about half the time and had frequent loss of internet connection. e.g. it quit right in the middle of the Superbowl, and we missed most of a quarter until we could get it back online again. This happened 3 or more times every day and was very annoying."

"The stay was good, didn’t LOVE the busy street, but over all the stay was good, and Jay was helpful. "

"My husband and I had a very relaxing stay. Our host, Julian was very accommodating and we had everything we needed from extra linens to morning coffee. We will definitely reach out to Julian again next time we’re in town. "
