Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and every part of the property was well maintained. It was clear that everyone takes great pride in providing outstanding hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome and cared for. "I had a pleasant stay overall and would give this hotel 4 stars. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to the housekeeping lady, who did an excellent job every day, and to Petro at the pool. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and really made our stay more enjoyable. The main reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the bathroom. Both the shower and the sink were clogged. The shower drained so slowly that it would fill up and feel like taking a bath while showering. Also, although the room was clean, the flooring and the colors and materials used in the bathroom made it look less clean than it actually was. Overall, we had a good experience thanks to the wonderful staff, and with a few maintenance improvements, this hotel could easily earn 5 stars."
