"Very comfortable bed, clean room, convenient parking. Coffee, muffins, pastries and oatmeal were nice. No coffee maker in the room was a disappointment and very noisy ac made the room less comfortable."

"Check in was easy. NO problems there. It’s the first motel I’ve been to that actually had a gated entry into the parking lot. You use your door key card to open it. We didn’t think anything of where the room at first when we had to go all the way around the building to park. Half of the parking spots in from of that side of the building in that section were handicapped. Our room was upstairs near the end essentially above and behind the main office. We had NO idea that it was essentially next to a truck stop where people were raving their truck engines at all hours of the night. The lights were literally spotlights outside of the room! Even with the lights out, the light was still bright enough to read by! The drapes didn’t really cover the windows so it was very bright with the lights in the room off. The curtain themselves didn’t really block light either. We tried to use a hangar with the pants clip to pull the curtain more closed by attaching it to the door knob. The refrigerator was really noisy so we ended up unplugging it and even after doing that, we could still hear the refrigerators in the adjacent rooms they were so loud too. The lights in the room were extremely bright (also SPOT lights) to the point we ended up using the bathroom light. There was only one panel of switches that included the bathroom light (where shower and toilet were), the fan and then the one over the sink. We ended up going to the Super Walmart to get ear plugs to get through the last night!"

"Host was kind and fast with responses. Neighborhood is nice. The house is extremely clean, huge, and beautiful! Plenty of rooms with beds for big family :) we enjoyed our stay here. "

"Townhome is located near Kaiser Hospital. The "community" is located within small-road neighborhood but the quick surrounding area does not feel safe as there are MANY people roaming at night(very sketchy). The host texted the code for the "gated" community, but that gate does not lock throughout the day or night. Anyone can come and go as they please, so it was pointless. The community itself is poorly kept. I saw kids and even older adults littering the community. At night there were many get-togethers/parties going on outside. Walls are thin so it was very loud. There were gunshots heard some nights.The home itself: the back sliding door does not lock &is sealed "locked" with a wooden stick. Does it work, sure. But that's not very professional in my opinion. The lower level was cooler than the 2nd floor (our stay was during June). 2nd floor takes a while to cool down. The rooms don't have curtains so all 3 rooms were very hot during the day. The rooms could use more pillows. The master closet could use a light in there. The post is misleading saying the 2 bathrooms offered bathtubs when there is only one full bathroom and a half bathroom. The dishes in the cabinets were not thoroughly cleaned (smeared with grease on some dishes and crud on others). There could be more seasonings offered in the cabinet. The couch was not cleaned (looked in the cracks and under the seating to find candy wrappers and water bottles that didn't belong to us). I really wanted to like the place."
