"Room floor had bits of food and dirt, the sink stopper was not there, the shower stopper was laying on the shelf, AC was falling apart and never shut off, the matress was sloping toward the head board ( we spun the mattress around to sleep) breakfast was not as advertised and empty when we went at mid service had to ask for milk,coffee, cream cheese, cereal workers demeanor at front desk gave the impression of annoyance"

"This hotel deserves a 10. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The AC worked great and the pool and garden are well maintained. The do need to repair the parking as it has a lot of puddles, but not extremely bad. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was hot and plentiful. The train passes by during the night 2 times, you can hear the horn at 1 and 3 am. Highly recommended"

"I felt like I was better off spending the night in jail cause this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life Damp sheets , room changed three times. , dude at the front got an attitude cause tv wouldn’t work with the remote but the remote wasn’t broke, no hot water, pool closed this place is terrible I strongly encourage you to reserve the la Quinta in on hickory dr altho it’s not perfect it’s heavenly compared to this run down crap"
