Meschers - Single storey house on the Côte de Beauté, near Royan
- Close to the beaches (Plage des Nonnes at 400 m on foot) in a secure residence, ideal holiday home for 4 people comprising a dining room (with TV), an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one double bed and one twin bed only not suitable for children under 6 years old, especially the one above), bathroom with shower and washing machine and separate toilet.
Access to a covered terrace and patio with two deckchairs and a covered courtyard at the bottom of the garden.
Private parking
Close to downtown (1.5 km or 15 mins walk), shops, daily market in season and 2 marinas. The Suzac forest and the Gironde estuary are a stone's throw from the house.
5 km from the village of Talmont sur Gironde (one of the most beautiful villages in France), 10 km from Royan and 3 km from Saint Georges de Didonne. Little paradise on earth, very protected environment, wild coast well preserved.
