About this property

Asylum Single Apartment

  • The 25m² apartment renovated in spring 2016 includes a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a cot if needed. An open kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a balcony overlooking the very sunny square in the morning. The apartment is located in the beach area 100m from the sea. Mers les Bains beach is made up of pebbles at high tide and a magnificent stretch of sand at low tide. The beach is monitored by the SNSM and a diving board at sea is accessible in high season. All parking spaces are free in Mers-les-Bains.
    Bed linen and towels are included.
    A deposit of 350 € will be requested as well as a deposit of 30 € for cleaning.
