"The upkeep of the property and the condition of the rooms have clearly gone down hill. Very difficult to sleep with the loud HVAC and refrigerator noises, plus the loud and obnoxious noise from the hallway from guests and staff well past midnight. I will not book here ever again."

"I booked this hotel and When i went to the stay i requested them there will be a dog and they updated it to the dog which was fine, but the guest cancelled the plan and next day i went to the manager and asked her to refund the dog charge and she agreed to refund me once i check out. why are they still charging me for the same when i requested to cancel the dog stay and dog was not there in the hotel as well "

Didn't even see that online (could have been there but I didn't see it) so realized when checking out. That being said, because of the friendly people, I would stay there again. "
