"I love the quirkiness of this hotel which is also a bar & a tabac. It’s typically local French establishment with no pretensions. The dinner & breakfast is of a good standard & satisfying. The bedrooms are clean & somewhat eccentric, so it helps if you have a sense of humour. It’s right on the D393 which is a fantastic biking road between Bar sur Aube & Dijon. I use it at least twice a year, so will be back soon. "

"The hotel is dull and drab, the staff were rude, they had a moan when I would take a couple of boil eggs from breakfast up to my room, the food in the restaurant was awful. I would never recommend this hotel. "

"This hotel makes an excellent overnight stop on the journey to Calais. It’s fairly basic, but clean, comfortable and with the Campanile right next door, there’s easy access to a restaurant. "

"It was very quiet when we stayed, but was absolutely lovey. I stayed with my three young children, and the staff that were on were very helpful. After a long drive from Provence, they were very attentive and sourced me a very important wine glass for my bottle I brought with me! :-) "

"Première expérience en chambre d'hôte, et belle découverte ! Hôte extrêmement gentille. Chambre parfaite, lit hyper confortable, mieux installé qu'à l'hôtel. Petits produits dans la salle de bain, ça fait plaisir. Décoration jolie, petit déjeuner au coin du feu, buffet varié de qualité. Je reviendrais ! Merci"
