This peaceful dwelling offers a spacious, relaxing living room for the whole family. The kitchen is equipped with an American fridge, and features a large fireplace to create a lovely atmosphere.
A private swimming pool keeps the garden cool in summer.

The bedrooms are arranged as follows, with a queen-size bed in the ground-floor bedroom, where it is possible to add an extra bed or cot. The three bedrooms on the second floor have 2 queen-size beds (160x200) and one with 2 separate 90 x 200 beds that can also be moved closer together.

Excellent house, lovely garden. Beautifully equipped kitchen. Comfortable sitting room. Host very helpful. Wines to purchase in house. Perfect selection of local wines. Good variety. Too cold for us to use pool. Must be great in summer. Immaculately clean. New linens. All very beautifully coordinated. Quiet village. Great shops in Brenne 15 minutes away. One of our party rented a bicycle and did rides in the vicinity We spent time in st emilion for lunches etc. Excellent in every way.

A slice of paradise in St Emilion
This property is absolutely beautiful! Located in a quiet village in a region of rolling hills and vineyards. Closest little town is about 5 minutes away which is convenient for groceries. St. Emilion and all its offerings is a 20 minute drive. We found this to be a great spot to explore the Bordeaux region. Please note you will need a car. The house was very well equipped to make meals and spend hours of enjoyment in the garden/ pool or inside. While the rooms and bedrooms are all spacious those travelling with large suitcases may wish to use the main floor bedroom as carrying them up the charming circular staircase can be challenging, much easier with carry on luggage. Host was very responsive and the space was immaculate.would book again.

Idéalement situé,proche de Saint Émilion et Libourne pour visites, randonnée et dégustation. Le gîte est très agréable, décoré avec goût,la literie est remarquable.Le jardin avec piscine permet de se détendre et diner au calme.
