Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

All of the trash needs to be in bags and taken out to the bins by the house by the gate. Then on Tuesdays and Friday's take the trash out to the road.
Definitely no food is to be left in the refrigerator.
