Welcome to Central Mérida, where history meets modern living in the heart of the city! This charming building, once a hospital, has been transformed into a vibrant community of 14 stylish apartments, each featuring one or two bedrooms and a shared pool.

This loft has bright windows, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a dining room. Watch Netflix on the Smart TV, and stream your media through smart home devices. Connecting to the internet is easy thanks to the high-speed Wi-Fi. Sleep peacefully on the king-sized beds with premium linens, and enjoy the organic toiletries supplied by local brands when taking a shower.

Step outside your apartment and work from the pool area. If you want the best recommendations in the area, simply ask the concierge team through your booking app. If you don’t mind a bit of light exercise, the floors are only accessible via the staircases.
• Check-in form: For everyone’s safety, we’ll need you to fill out a form to ensure your access to the apartment. Please note that we will need the names and IDs of all guests, including staff.

• Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Please let us know your arrival time in advance so we can ensure a smooth check-in experience. If you need a different arrival time, we’ll need to agree on it before your check-in day (self-check-in is available upon request and prior agreement)

• Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.
We offer flexible check-in and check-out options subject to availability and the payment of an additional fee.

• Upon check-in, you’ll be greeted by a host in the building; for this reason, we need to know your arrival time in advance. If you’ll be checking in after regular check-in hours, please let us know so we can make alternative arrangements! (Self-check-in is available upon request and prior agreement)

• For your safety, please make sure the door is locked when you leave and when you return, both for the apartment and the building.

• Parking is available next to the building in a paid car park. Please note that this is a separate company that provides the parking service.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas (including balconies and common areas of the building). Avoid incurring fees and penalties.

• Parties are not permitted inside our apartments or in the common areas, but don’t worry—you can still host groups of up to two additional people during your stay. Just remember that any visitors (including staff) must be announced before their arrival. If you need more guest passes, please contact the concierge to check availability.

• Be a good neighbour: Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (up to 50 dB) and up to 55 dB during the day.

• Pet-friendly apartments: We know that pets are part of the family. Although not all units are pet-friendly, we are more than happy to welcome them as guests in those that are. We do charge an additional fee for the deep cleaning after your checkout to ensure that other guests also have a wonderful experience.

• We kindly ask that you do not take any items from the apartment with you, including equipment, decorative items, and linens. But feel free to use the filtered water, kitchen supplies, and bath products—this is our special touch to enhance your stay!

• Did something break or go missing during your stay? Accidents happen to all of us, and we’re sure we can work things out. Please contact us if any items are broken or missing so we can let you know if specific fees and procedures apply.

• Stays longer than 7 days: We can provide a complimentary (basic) cleaning and a change of linens once a week. We DO NOT provide daily cleaning or a daily change of linens as part of your stay; if you require this service, it may be available at an additional cost.

• Guests are solely responsible for any personal belongings and valuables brought into the building. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings stored inside the apartments and facilities. If, after your departure, you believe you left something behind in one of our units, please contact us so we can help you locate it.

• For safety reasons, delivery personnel must be met at the front door of the building.

• Cleaning: To take out the trash, you’ll need to exit the building and turn left until you see the designated area and trash bin for the building behind a gate. Do not leave trash outside the apartment door or in the hallways. Avoid penalties or fees.

• Attention: It is prohibited to tamper with the fire alarm or smoke detection systems; we also do not allow firearms of any kind inside the building. Failure to comply with these rules is subject to a penalty fee.

• Please note that failure to comply with these guidelines may result in additional charges or even the cancellation of your reservation.

• Luggage drop services are available only in select units. Please contact the concierge for specific details regarding your unit. Luggage drop is available only to guests. Please be aware that you are solely responsible for your belongings. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings or luggage during your stay.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in additional charges (up to 2.000,00 USD per penalty) or even the cancellation of your reservation.


TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read our terms and conditions for further information. Once checked in, the guest is fully responsible for safeguarding and handling any goods and valuables brought into the apartment. Please keep in mind that, depending on the location of your stay with us, there may be specific rules for that building or property, including the use of common areas. If you did not receive these rules or cannot find them in the apartment, please contact our concierge team to learn more about them, as failure to follow these rules may result in sanctions and/or penalties. You are permitted to have up to 2 (two) visitors (or staff members) per stay, and all visitors, like guests, must present a valid ID before entering. Otherwise, access to the property may be denied, and the property manager is entitled to charge a penalty of US$100 (one hundred US dollars) plus applicable taxes per incident to anyone who fails to comply with this rule. If you need to have more visitors at the property, please contact our concierge team at least 24 hours in advance so they can confirm whether this is possible; otherwise, exceeding the allowed number of guests may result in penalties. Check-in at 3:00 p.m. and check-out at 11:00 a.m. must be observed to avoid penalties. Contact your concierge to request an early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability). The furniture, bedding, linens, electronics, artwork, and accessories in the properties must remain on the premises at all times, and guests are prohibited from removing them from the properties; damage and/or alter them in any way, you will be held responsible for such actions; a penalty of US$300 (three hundred US dollars) plus applicable taxes may be charged in addition to the replacement cost (at market value, as new) of any missing and/or damaged items. The Properties are 100% smoke-free, including balconies. A penalty of US$500 (five hundred US dollars) plus additional taxes per incident may be charged, in addition to any other applicable penalties and the obligation to repair and compensate the property manager for any damage caused (including, without limitation, the collection of condominium fines). No loud noises are permitted in the properties between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. the following day. If guests exceed this limit during the established hours, a penalty of US$100 (one hundred US dollars) plus additional taxes per occurrence may be imposed, in addition to any other applicable penalties and the obligation to repair and indemnify the property manager for any damage caused (including, without limitation, the collection of condominium fines). Animals and/or pets are only allowed in pet-friendly apartments, including animals for therapeutic purposes. If a guest requires a pet-friendly apartment, they: (i) must obtain written confirmation from the property manager, (ii) must pay the property administrator a pet fee of US$35 (thirty-five hundred US dollars) plus additional taxes, at least 24 (twenty-four) hours before the User’s arrival at the Property, and (iii) must accept and comply with the property administrator’s Pet Policy. If you fail to comply with this, the property manager may charge you additional fees and/or cancel the reservation. Weapons are not permitted in the building under any circumstances. To ensure the safety of all our guests, staff, and suppliers, we make no exceptions to this rule, and no staff member has the authority to grant an exemption. If you fail to comply with this, the property manager may charge you an additional fee of US$500 (five hundred US dollars) plus applicable taxes and/or cancel the reservation. If any guest or person alters and/or tampers with the fire safety system, any type of alarms, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, or signs in the apartment or building, the property manager shall be entitled to charge the guest a penalty equivalent to US$1,000 (one thousand US dollars) plus additional taxes, plus, if applicable, the cost of repairing said equipment. LUGGAGE STORAGE Each of our buildings and locations has different specifications and capacity; please check availability for your stay with our concierge team. On the day of check-in or check-out, guests may leave their luggage at a property managed by the property manager for up to 8 hours. The luggage will be stored either in the building’s lobby or at any other property managed by the property manager, as indicated by the concierge team.
