Place looked good in pictures. You can tell that outside was remodeled not long ago. However, once you get into the room... OH BOY! DEPRESSING... (NOT EVEN TO SLEEP ONLY MENTALITY) sadly the host (young lady) attending lack of professionalism, courtesy nor attention to details. I was placed in a room that didn't have towels, soap, toilet paper. On top of that she dindt explained anything about the parking, which you gotta pay (In cash) a deposit for you to have it... location is good for restaurants and night life but besides that...oh boy.. pool was green... like...legit green... i sadly pre-paid 4 nights... i lost the money as i could only sleep 1 night... please buy new bed sheets!! All of them dirty,stained and old... Lost of money and bad experiences for sure

La peor habitación posible, a parte de que el aire acondicionado no servia, los recepcionistas NEFASTOS y salvo el bro que estaba en la madrugada (que fue amable en darme un ventilador) todos los demás parecía que les debía la vida. Segunda vez que voy al Flamingo y DEFINITIVAMENTE LA ÚLTIMA.

En relacion al precio es un hotel centrico y comodo sin embargo falta mantenimiento en los AC (fuimos 4 habitaciones) y en todos el AC estaba muy sucio. El chico de recepción que realizo el Check In nada amable le pregunte su nombre y me respondio para que lo quiere, pregunte su nombre por cortecia ya que no portaba gafete, bienvenida no grata.

Esta muy sucio, desde el elevador, la alberca, las habitaciones, pedí que me cambiaran varias veces las toallas porque llegaban sucias, manchadas, lo que no solo es una cosa poco higiénica, pone en riesgo la salud de las personas por el riesgo de contagió de enfermedades por contacto, la alberca sucia que ni dan ganas de meterse. Me tuvierón que cambiar de habitación porque no servia el clima, el espacio es muy pequeño en recamara y baño (el primer baño no tenia ni puerta la regadera. Lo unico "bueno" es la ubicación centrica, no regresaría.

Al llegar a la habitación, el baño tenía su letrero de haberlo limpiado, pero al levantar la tapa, me encontré con (al parecer) bellos pubico o cabello. Si te hospedas aquí, importante no pedir habitación del lado que da a la calle, el ruido del transporte público o motocicletas es terrible, y las ventanas no son contra ruido. La alberca tiene el agua muy turbia, estuve 1 semana ahí y no me pareció que la limpiaran. El aire acondicionado tira agua, una cantidad de agua tan grande, que era necesario usar el bote de basura para evitar que se encharcara. Todo esto se reportó a recepción, pero solo quedó en que sería revisado y reportado.

Los trabajadores tienen mala actitud, no hay limpieza y la alberca súper sucia, por más que hicimos el comentario no se hizo nada, y se supone que pague con un buen servicio y por el uso de instalación

Habitación horrible, un baño que en el WC no te puedes ni sentar las rodillas pegan con la pared, la regadera con fuga, a la regadera le faltaba una puerta, la alberca no funcionó mientras estábamos además que se veía turbia el agua, el personal súper mamones, cero servicio de atención, Expedia debería de sacar este hotel de su lista! La televisión no se veía la señal de televisión abierta! El estacionamiento está a 4 cuadras no te lo cobran pero está súper lejos! HORRIBLE EL HOTEL JAMÁS VOLVERÍA
