Went for a weekend to Merida. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! The room was just ok but at par with the price we paid. Hotel could use some updates but was clean. Not a good option if you intend to spend a lot of time at the pool as it is in the entrance of the hotel and not much space around it (only one lounge chair).

BEST Hotel for the money!

Staff provided excellent service. The room was clean and roomy & comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure. The WiFi was excellent. I was impressed because I’m a remote worker & rely on good quality WiFi. The TV wasn’t large, but that was fine with me. I’m not much into watching TV when I’m vacationing anyway. The bathroom was huge and had clean towels. There were no toiletries like shampoo or body wash. I brought my own anyway, so no worries there. The location was excellent in that it wasn’t in a noisy location. The breakfast was very good too. I’ll definitely be back!

El personal es excepcionalmente amable Solo da la impresion que no tienen suficiente, los mismos recepcionistas hacen aseo, preparan el desayuno, meserean y atienden el sitio, por lo que a veces es natural no encontrarlos, eso si, siempre muy amables, sobre todo Gaby Lamentablemente el hospedaje no es lo que esperabamos Las habitaciones son pequeñas y con falta de iluminación, asi como con un aroma poco agradable (como motel). Asi mismo la limpieza es cuestionable por el polvo y manchas en muchos lugares que no siempre estan a simple vista. Colocaron un rollo de papel (a medio uso) para las 2 noches y no fue suficiente. Para otros sitios con precios similares, creo que es muy baja la experiencia, las fotos distan de la realidad

”Breakfast” is up for debate, two pieces of toast and some fruit is hardly sufficient. No signs to hang at your door if you don’t want cleaning service which shouldn’t be too much to ask for

No es lo que parece.

La gente del hotel linda y servicial, es lo unico bueno. Nos cambiaron de habitación porque por la noche el ruido era terrible por los aires acondicionados, el problema es que nos pasaron a una que es realmente un mini cuartito, está literal en el estacionamiento, el baño es de 2x 1.50 ahi estan regadera y la taza. La alberca helada!!! Y el ruido terminó siendo peor con los automóviles al llegar.

El lugar esta muy bien, creo que si es lo equivalente al costo, la zona es muy tranquila y segura, el personal muy hamable. No vale la pena pagar por desayuno incluido ya que el costo se eleva y solo te dan fruta, pan tostado café o jugo
