Good price for the location is perfect, beside Auto Progreso, Ado, walking distance to Sean Juan and Centro. Breakfast was excellent except the price was triple when it was time to pay, not sure why and the server was English. Just because it was good and very affordable I took this like a man😳

Perfect for our stay. Good location away from the noise, nearby park with plenty of food stands, just short walk to the center and easy access to local transportation and easy to get Uber. Can also book tours at front desk. Has small frig in room. Bed was comfy. Pool was nice, my boyfriend loved doing his laps in the morning. The small restaurant was under renovation when we arrived but opened a few days before we left. The restaurant is not included in stay, it is an additional cost, but prices are fair. Good cappuccino, delicious pastries and can order eggs, bacon and adorable puffy pancakes. Family friendly hotel. Beautiful courtyard. Vintage feel. Friendly staff. A few minor repairs were being done to upkeep property. Shower pressure not like what we are used to back home, but good enough. We did notice that sometimes hot water took a while to warm up, so we would turn on shower when we arrived and got ourselves situated before jumping in to wash. Overall, we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Lovely and quiet. We were in the older rooms and they were grim. Massive coach roaches in the shower for example. Furniture was really dirty. Would have been lovely when new (as per photos).

Excellent location, very convenient, lots of nearby sites, stores, pharmacies, restaurants, bus station, parks, etc. Very cozy rooms and nice architectural building. Parking is not in the property, but at a nearby ( 5 min walk ) public parking lot at no cost to the hotel customers. Honestly, once checked in, better walk around rather than trying to drive around.

Terrible place, do Not Reserve

Beware!!!! This was one of the worst hotel experiences for me and my family. The pool was dirty, and the cleaning filters for the pool networking made it an ideal environment for bacteria. the room was infested with insects including large cockroaches. Owners, Management, and overall experience are extremely poor. After complaining they moved us to another hotel by the same owner because they refused to provide us with a full refund. The other hotel was the worst. The foundation was bad, when it rained no internet, no TV, and water was dripping on the floor making it a danger to the people walking as the tile is slippery and people just fell left and right. No apologies or remediation to the problem. The pool was dirty and again made of, you guessed it, slippery causing people to fall.

El hotel las habitaciones de la entrada ya son viejas , no pasa nada que sean viejas lo que importa es el mantenimiento, por desgracia tuve una horrible experiencia a las 5:30 am a mi y a mi pareja nos cayo ensima el enjarre del techo fue horrible despertar con muchisimo miedo, llenas de escombro, el gerente fue amable y decidio solo cambiarnos de hotel y darnos los desayunos, mi pareja termino mal psicologicamnete tenia mucho miedo. Si van busquen que den habitaciones nuevas, btw las almohadas chequenlas estaban amarillas, The hotel's entrance rooms are already old, it's okay that they are old, what matters is the maintenance, unfortunately I had a horrible experience at 5:30 am, me and my partner were hit by the gravel from the ceiling, it was horrible. I woke up very scared, full of debris, the manager was kind and decided to just change our hotel and give us breakfast, my partner ended up in a bad state psychologically, she was very afraid. If you go, look for new rooms, but check the pillows, they were yellow.
