We stay at this hotel quite often. It is a beautiful colonial building with a lovely courtyard. The staff is always courteous and helpful. It is within a short walking distance to everything and has convenient parking on sight. Highly recommend.

Desde que llegamos nos recibieron muy amablemente, aun no era hora de check in y ns cuidaron las maletas mientras comenzamos a conocer el centro de Mérida,, asi mismo cuando salimos las resguardaron cuando hicimos check out, La habitacion siempre estuvo muy limpia e higiénica, el trato del personal muy amable y atento a solicitudes, si hubo un incidente (se cayo ) un pedacito de la parte del plafon del baño por la humedad, a nosotros no ns afecto en nada, sin embargo a otras personas pudiera no ser agradable) Agradecemos a Hotel Real Yucataán sus atenciones

Hola me complace saber que hoteles.com se preocupa por sus clientes, buen hotel, sin embargo faltó una buena limpieza en el baño tenía olores fétidos y no había olor agradable en la habitación. El aire acondicionado estaba en mala ubicación con relación a la cama. Todo lo demás estuvo bien. Poco personal y el restaurant y bar desatendidos, quizá por baja demanda. Gracias tal vez si vuelva a ese hotel, con las mejoras que se hagan.

Bien pero considero que les falta tomar en cuenta la limpieza los cuartos estaban limpios pero no se veía el piso bien trapeado como que solo lo barrieron pero por encima y las fundas de las almohadas no daban esa sensación a limpio de hecho no olían a limpio. Y pues es no es nad agradable

Uno de los pocos Hoteles que he visitado donde la experiencia fue de maravilla, gracias al personal por hacer de mi estancia algo inolvidable. La ubicación excelente, te la opcion de visitar a pie diferentes lugares por la cercanía. Las instalaciones dentro del hotel estan muy conservadas y limpias, el ambientes es de tranquilidad y armonia. Sin duda regresaria de nuevo!
