Nice hotel. Had a great massage by staff member. Negatives: Did not like being questioned why two men only reserved one bed; despite its name, hotel was far from downtown (centro); area around hotel seemed dicey at first, but turned out to be safe.

Quiet, Comfortable, Friendly Stay

Brenda and Maria were attentive and helpful the entire time. This property is more like an airbnb than a hotel. It's on a quiet street, 10 minute walk from the Paseo de Montejo so very well located. I definitely recommend!

Un lugar lindo, limpio, es un Airbnb más que un hotel, la regadera del baño casi no echaba agua, y algo que no me agradó fue el hecho de que decía "incluye desayuno" y al llegar me dijeron que desde hace 2 meses se dejó de incluir 🙄

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, agradable, a buen precio, el personal es muy amable y la comida que sirven en el restaurante es muy rica. Lo único que se debe mejorar es tener la alberca limpia en todo momento y las camas ya considero se debe cambiar el colchón

El personal que presta servicio al huésped es increíblemente atento y educado, todos te hacen sentir como en casa, la atención de la señorita Brenda desde que llegas, el señor Pedro siempre pendiente en qué todo funcione adecuadamente y esté a gusto el huésped, la señora Mary en la limpieza de las instalaciones lo hace con una sonrisa y excelente disposición y no podría faltar la comida excelente en los desayunos de la señora Maru, ellos hacen que las falencias que puedan tener las instalaciones sean pasadas por alto, ellos son un tipo de personal que casi no se encuentra en La actualidad.

Brenda y María atienden muy bien a sus huéspedes. Las habitaciones son cómodas y tranquilas, con suficiente espacio. El hotel se siente muy tranquilo, más como un AirBnb que un hotel normal. Está a 10 minutos a pie de los principales hoteles y del Paseo de Montejo. Disfruté mucho de mi estadía.

Este hotel se encuentra a 3 cuadras del consulado, puedes regresar caminando. El personal es excepcional, la señora Mary durante toda nuestra estancia estuvo pendiente de nosotros. Muy limpio y tranquilo, si viaja con niños es ideal para familias.
