Friendly and helpful staff. Very safe and mellow vibe in the middle of the Santiago neighborhood, which feels like a middle class area. Spacious room and great bed. Nicely maintained grounds and pool. It’s about 1 mile from the heart of the historical district, or roughly a 15 minute walk.

I didn’t have the chance to see the pool, but I was told it was nice. The hotel is quite simple and could be made more attractive. Hotel Boutique La Casona By Kavia
The room was spacious and clean, but the shower was broken and we had to deal with water everywhere. The breakfast was poor of vegetarian options and, apart from the eggs, by payment.
